Della is preceded in death by her parents George Rader and Sylvia Neihouse Rader, 3 sons George Burnside, Charlie Burnside, and Jason Burnside.
She is survived by her husband Ed Word, daughter Valerie Burnside, granddaughter Alisa Burnside Gregory, grandson Gavin Burnside, great-grandchildren Charlie Burnside, Jase Burnside, Cass Burnside, Chandler Gregory, and Mariah Gregory, also by her 2 guard dogs Baxter and Bella.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 2, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Glenwood Funeral Home with Rev. Dewayne Shelton officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Monday.
