The Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation presents the 2nd Annual Mudbug Music Fest, taking place on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center on Crawford Street from 3-7:00 pm.
Mudbug Music Fest will be an unforgettable experience that brings the community together through live music and great food! Admission is $5/person. Jared Smith & The Hired Guns will play from 3-5:00 pm and Howl & The Big Bad Wolves will play from 5-7:00 pm. Crawfish and shrimp (prepared by Goldie’s Express), hot dogs, beer specials, ice cream, and more will all be for sale a la carte. Bring the family, there will be kids’ activities!! Make plans to stay for the Line Dance Party in the SCHF Auditorium from 7-9:30pm.
